Project planning
Social and cultural planning is one of the main activities of Camera a Sud. It allows us to transform ideas into projects and projects into territorial development actions. Linguistic and cultural mediation
Linguistic and cultural mediation is a valuable activity that builds bridges and facilitates understanding between people coming from different cultures and countries. Our network of mediators covers many languages and thrives on professionalism, experience and sensitivity. Helpdesk Articolo 3
A free information and orientation helpdesk, created to encourage the processes of inclusion and social participation of migrant citizens. Managed in collaboration with two lawyers and a cultural mediator, it promotes popular initiatives on regulations and practices relating to the workplace, healthcare and legal field.
Sustainable tourism
“Algiroide Tour” stems from a close collaboration with the Sale della Terra Salento Consortium, Made for Walking and the Fore cooperative, in order to promote a sustainable and slow tourism project in the Salento and Albanian areas. A new way of conceiving travelling, which goes through our experiential tourism proposals, to discover corners unknown to mass tourism.
Small municipalities of Welcome
The Manifesto of the Small Municipalities of Welcome brings together the Municipalities with less than 5000 inhabitants, who share the desire to innovate and renew their welfare practices, to reaffirm the social cohesion and quality of life of small communities. Camera a Sud Aps, in close collaboration with the Sale della Terra Consortium, supports its objectives and actions. Recently, Giuggianello and Tiggiano have joined the Network of Small Municipalities.
Cospe School
Camera a Sud hosts training courses on planning and financial management of resources. Created in collaboration with the Cospe school, an NGO with a twenty-year experience, which has around 70 projects in support of fair and sustainable development, human rights and justice among nations, the courses aim at those working in the Tertiary sector and in Public Administrations.
